Chloe Solari is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a specialized focus on psychiatric medication tapering, integrative care, and functional psychiatry. Her clinical background includes experience across detox units, crisis stabilization programs, and acute inpatient psychiatry—providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the mental health system and the long-term impact of psychotropic medications.
Through her work with patients of all ages—from children to older adults—Chloe witnessed the benefits and limitations of traditional psychiatric treatment. These experiences deepened her commitment to helping individuals reduce or discontinue psychiatric medications safely, while addressing the root causes of their symptoms and supporting long-term healing.
Chloe is currently completing a fellowship in Integrative Psychiatry through Psychiatry Redefined, where she is advancing her training in functional medicine, nutritional psychiatry, and holistic approaches to mental health. She integrates these tools into her clinical practice to support nervous system stability, improve metabolic and inflammatory health, and minimize withdrawal symptoms during tapering.
At TaperClinic, Chloe serves as a prescribing clinician, partnering closely with patients to design individualized taper plans based on their history, goals, and symptom profile. Her approach is grounded in compassion, clinical precision, and a belief in each person’s ability to heal—without relying on long-term psychiatric drug use.
Chloe brings warmth, collaboration, and clarity to every patient relationship. She sees tapering as more than a clinical task—it’s a transformative journey of reclaiming autonomy, health, and identity. With her support, patients are empowered to move beyond medication dependence and into a fuller, more connected life.
